Muvy is a movie and TV tracking app. You can log what you watch, build lists, follow other users, and explore titles. Some features require an account. Some features require a paid Muvy Pro subscription.

The muvyapp.com website provides read-only previews of shared links and directs interactive actions to the mobile app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muvy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Muvy for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you create in Muvy, such as lists, logs, and profile information. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service, including showing public share previews when your profile or list is not private.

You are responsible for what you choose to make public. You can control visibility through in-app privacy settings.

Movie and TV metadata, ratings, streaming availability, and related information may come from third-party services such as TMDB and Trakt. That content is provided for informational purposes only.

Muvy is not endorsed by or affiliated with TMDB, Trakt, IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes, Letterboxd, streaming platforms, or other third-party providers. Availability and pricing shown in the app may change without notice.

Muvy Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not directly by us.

Available products include Muvy Pro Monthly (product ID: muvy_pro_monthly) and Muvy Pro Yearly (product ID: muvy_pro_yearly). The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Pricing, trial eligibility, and local currency amounts are shown in the app at purchase time and may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.

Muvy offers a free tier with core tracking features and optional paid Pro features. Feature availability may change over time. If a paid feature becomes unavailable due to billing or platform issues, free features will continue to work where possible.

We may suspend or terminate access to Muvy if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or harm to others or to Muvy.

You may stop using Muvy at any time and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion is permanent.

Muvy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that metadata, ratings, or streaming availability information will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasan Aydın will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Muvy.

Our total liability for any claim related to Muvy will not exceed the amount you paid us for Muvy Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid for a subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Turkey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Muvy after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
